She has several years of experience in customer service before joining the Sistova Road Dental Studio team in 2015 where she works as a dental receptionist and is now a Practice Manager. As a receptionist and the manager, Margaret strives to deliver a unique patient journey and always goes the extra mile to meet each patient’s needs.
She is responsible for the patient’s experience, as well as the operational aspects of running a business and she is passionate about making a positive difference to both. You will often find her in the practice if you need her.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, running or reading books. True coffee lover.
