Bridges: The lowdown

A bridge is a custom-made tooth replacement solution that fixes false teeth into healthy natural teeth. We can either join the bridge to the surface of your existing teeth or crowns.

The materials we use to make your bridge will depend on the location of your missing teeth.

Bridges: Your treatment journey

Consultation: We will examine your mouth, and we will advise if a bridge is the most suitable option. So that we can ensure your bridge is entirely custom-made, we will take moulds of your teeth. These show us how your teeth bite together.

Preparation: Your bridge will be crafted by our laboratory technician. In the meantime, we will give you a temporary bridge to wear, so you don’t have to put up with missing teeth any longer.

Fitting: Your temporary bridge is taken out, and your new, permanent bridge is fitted into place.
